Paulino’s special Chorizo Ibérico, like the salchichón, comes from the pigs in the pastures of the Sierra de Aracena, so we are talking about a 100% Iberian Bellota product, one of the best chorizos in the world.

It is made with high-quality pork cuts and is seasoned with a mixture of spices such as paprika, garlic and salt, which give it its characteristic smoky, spicy and savoury flavor profile.

It is usually enjoyed as a tapas dish, thinly sliced and served alone or as part of a charcuterie board.
