The Pata Negra Gourmet Ham is the star product of our Paulino Farmer, as it comes from 100% Iberian pigs, raised in the field and fed mainly on natural acorns during the fattening season. This is a Pata Negra ham of the highest quality, the best ham in the world.

This pig is raised in the pastures of the Sierra de Aracena, in the province of Huelva in Andalusia, Spain. The excellent natural diet of this pig based on acorns and daily exercise plus the aroma it gets from living in the mountains surrounded by trees and grass allows its meat to take texture, aroma and an exquisite fat infiltrated between the meat that make this ham a real delicacy.

Each Gran Reserva Ham has a cured process of almost 4 years, or 48 months, which makes the texture, salt level, and softness of the ham of the highest quality. You will notice it just by opening it in the taste and aroma of herbs and acorns. The best ham in the world.
