The Gran Reserva Ham from our farmer Paulino comes from 100% Iberian pigs, which run freely in the fields and eat grass and natural products from their natural ecosystem.

This pig is raised in the pastures of the Sierra de Aracena, in the province of Huelva in Andalusia, Spain. The pig’s excellent natural diet and daily exercise plus the aroma it picks up from living in the mountains surrounded by trees and grass allows its meat to take on texture, aroma and an exquisite fat infiltrated between the meat that make this ham exquisite.

Each Gran Reserva Ham has a drying process of at least 3 years, or 36 months, which makes the texture, salt level, and smoothness of the ham of the highest quality. You will notice it just by opening it in the taste and aroma of the mountain.

This ham is an ideal complement to any breakfast, lunch or dinner, combined, as an extra ingredient in more elaborate dishes such as pasta, salads, casseroles or croquettes, or as the main ingredient in a plate with a tapa and a few rosquilletas and a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
